This is bot about the 20.00 that it cost me. After 30 minutes going back and forth he told me that they would bot return the fees and did not care if i ever played again. I then called and f8nally got a manager and asked him to reimburse me the fee. So i cancel the 350 and within 15 minutes the transaction for 390 was picked up. They said the woulx reimburse me the xancellation fees. So the agent i was speaking to on the 27th said that they cannot pick up the money for 390 until i cancel the deposit that they xouldnt pick up for 350. Apparently i made a deposit ok the 23rd for 350 which they credited to my account without receiving the money (which was a nice accomodation) i had no idea the money was never picked up. So now we are in the 27th and i called to speak to a manager wgich they refused to do. I then repeatedly asked to speak to a manager which tbey refused to do. They proceeded to tell me that it could be a week for my funds to go in because its easter week and they are very religious in that area. We are now in the next day the 26th still no funds. Tbey told me they refuse to escalate tbe issue since it could take 8 business hours to go through. After an hour i contacted them back and asked to speak to a manager. At 5pm that day i contacted live chat and after being on there for an hour and them asking me to send them a copy of the receipt (which i did) they told me they contacted the processor and the funds wohld be in the acct in 20 minutes. I made a mg deposit via moneygram at 1pm sunday the 25th. They have the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life and thats bot limited to poker sites.
